Aquia Harbour is a Premier Gated Community in North Stafford County, Virginia located on historical Aquia Creek which connects to the Potomac River. We are approximately 45 miles south of Washington DC, 15 miles north from Fredericksburg, and 70 miles north of Richmond, Virginia. We are a short commute from MCB Quantico and Fort Belvoir Army Base.
