Aquia Harbour Police Department is a DCJS - State certified Law Enforcement Agency located in Stafford County, Va. Officers have concurrent jurisdiction in Stafford County but exclusively serve the residents of Aquia Harbour: a gated community of approximately 10,000 people. Our Department includes 7 sworn police officers who patrol the community and 8 security guards who are assigned to the main gate.
